Trainee Administrator Job Description
A trainee administrator's job is to handle specific and general training and details to new hires in a company. Since trainee administrators are responsible for the effectual and good training of new employees, the trainee administrator must be proficient in the operation and/or use of company equipment and procedures themselves. Then the training administrator is should be responsible for the development of instructional programs and seminars for new and existing employee's safe operational practices and overall job skills development as applied to the work and procedures undertaken by the company.
Education, Skills, Responsibilities and Functions
- Educational background for this position may vary widely dependent on the industry and level of previous experience. In general, a two or four year degree is necessary due to the scope and responsibility of the job.
- Important skills include the ability to communicate effectively and interface with employees and supervisors within an organization.
- Develop creative and informative training material to engage potential, new and existing employees in order to assess, refine and further job completion.
- Develop complete training seminars and classes for groups of employees for the effectual training and development of their skills as related to their work duties.
- To train, monitor and develop employee's skills as related to specific employment work completion prior to placement in a sometimes dangerous and challenging factory work environments.
- Develop training seminars within the work environment promoting safety and accident prevention work habits.
- Develop and implement industry standard team building programs and outings that encourage good and effectual group work dynamics. Creativity and original inspirational teaching and teambuilding tools, material and methods to be utilized for maximum effectiveness.
- Provide full evaluations of the trainee's progress during and after attending and completing the various training programs, safety programs and teambuilding programs developed by the trainee administrator.
- Continued education and training of existing employees to improve their performance and ensure effectual, efficient and proper work habits and safe environmental work practices.
- Assessment of employees and potential employees for proper job position placement.
